Is my baby clock ticking too soon?
So I am 24 and it seems like more and more i want a baby and a family. Most of my friends have kids and are married or in long term relationships. Me I am single and no kids. And being around all that makes me feel like my clock is ticking faster and faster. For being 24 years old is my clock ticking too soon or too fast or do you think it’s all in my head. I don’t think it is. But anybody else went through this is it normal to say “If i don’t have children by the time i am 30 i am going to adopt”?
omg! never feel pressured into starting a family.. wait until you know you are ready.. peer pressure doesnt end when ur a teenager and this is what youre experiencing .. 30 is no where near old enough to have to adopt .. if anything i think its much better age when you are financially secure, at 24 you are still very young and still having fun with all that disposable income, that ends with a baby … enjoy your freedom to only hav yourself to think of for as long as you can and dont end it just because everyone else has!
