Mr N obviously did not realize the +4 plugs have a factory set gap that cannot be adjusted. With 4 electrodes, of a different shape, you aren’t going to have any kind of tool that lets you check the gap, either. Just look at the picture and you see why I say that.

That is an advantage. You buy the plug made for your vehicle, and just install it. The 4 elctrodes do generate a longer spark, and wear out very slowly. However, they are a more expensive plug, so that has to be considered
