Does the removal of the catalytic converter make the sound louder, if so is it very loud, what about O2 sensor
My car is a Daewoo Lanos model 1999
sohc engine.
I never changed this cat, a mechanical told me it is better to be removed, my state law does not care!!!
It is hard to believe that any state would allow removal of emissions related equipment. They may not do smog testing with instruments, but they probably have rules prohibiting removal or disabling of factory installed emissions equipment. It was that way until recently where I live.
