Which Baby Monitor Would You Personally Recommend???

I am looking for a reasonably priced baby monitor that does exactly what it says on the tin!!!I
We live in a 5 floor house so a good range is paramount!!
I was terrible with my first born in that i worried my self half to death that something was going to happen to him while i wasn’t with him so i was thinking about these Mats or the LCD ones that are now available.
There’s so many to choose from!!
I would like to hear your recommendations and your reasons please.
