why do my knees hurting after running and lifting weights?
I hadn’t been running for a couple of years since i graduated i was in plenty of sports that kept me in shape and running non stop. I just recently started running and lifting weights again and my knees hurt really bad while running and worse after! Any tips or resolutions to my problem?

If you have had an injury (doesn’t have to be a knee injury since compensating for another injury would effect your knees) or you have gained weight or tried doing what you were doing before you graduated without trying to get in that type of shape, those could be reasons. Either way try doing less until your knees can handle it.
