my 6 week old is always constipated because of the iron.he isnt able to have a bm without help
i was bf butnot prouducing enough.so I stopped..stupid of me right?also i’m giving him apple juice with miralax.that’s what the doc said to give him.

Yes, you can get low iron/no iron formulas, but it’s not a good idea. Babies NEED iron, and if you feed him no-iron formula he will almost certainly become seriously anemic.

I would talk to the pediatrician about other, safer ways of dealing with the constipation, or consider trying to relactate if BFing is an option for you — BF babies are never constipated.
