Can malware travel from one partition to another?

So I’ve got 4 partitions which are: 1)Windows 7, 2)Windows Vista Business, 3)OS X and 4) for storage….

A)What i am trying to say is can any form of malware (virus,spyware,etc) infect multiple partitions?

B) Let’s say in one partition I have multiple users, does malware infect Just One user or does it spread to all?

No it can’t infect other partitions on your computer. It can infect all users on the same OS.
